Aggravated Assault Arrests – C16-113663

On June 4, 2016 at approximately 1:45 a.m., an 18 year old female became involved in a verbal altercation with a 21 year old female while in the area of the 300 block of Logan Avenue.

The confrontation escalated at which time the 18 year old female produced a knife and stabbed the victim (21 year old female) multiple times in the upper and lower body.

A second suspect, an 18 year old male joined in by kicking the victim as she lay on the ground.

Emergency personnel were notified and the victim was transported to hospital in unstable condition. She was later upgraded to stable.

The investigation progressed involving Patrol members, Canine, Tactical Support Team, Forensic Identification and members of the Major Crimes Unit. 

The two suspects were located a short time later in the area of the 200 block of Fountain Street.

Shaquill HOULE, 18 years old has been charged with the following due to her alleged involvement:

Aggravated Assault

Possession of a Weapon

Harrison BEAULIEU, 18 years old has been charged with the following due to his alleged involvement:

Aggravated Assault

Both were remanded into custody.
