Tuesday, July 19, 2016    MISSING PERSON – Kaitlyn PARKER: R16-53002 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old female; Kaitlyn PARKER.   PARKER was last seen in the afternoon on Monday, July 18, 2016, in the downtown area of Winnipeg. PARKER is described as Aboriginal, 5'2" in height, thin build, brown straight long hair sometimes worn up in a bun, and hazel eyes.
