Wednesday, July 27, 2016     Missing Person – Joshua TOD – C16-134394 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 10-year-old male, Joshua TOD.  The last confirmed sighting of TOD was in the North End area of Winnipeg on the afternoon of Friday, July 22, 2016.  TOD is described as an Aboriginal male, 4'9" tall, 65 pounds, dark eyes, thin build, black hair and brown eyes.
