Wednesday, July 20, 2016   Winnipeg Police Service Annual Statistical Report Released Today, we are releasing the annual Winnipeg Police Service Statistical Report 2015.  Along with our 2016 Business Plan this report replaces the former Annual Report.  This report concentrates exclusively on crime data and statistics. The Winnipeg Crime Rate increased in 2015. This increase is consistent with what is being reported in other cities across Canada.
