MISSING PERSON – C16-226252
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing male; Earl Ross, 35yrs.    

ROSS was last seen Friday afternoon, October 28, 2016, in the Transcona area of Winnipeg.     

ROSS is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'11" in height, short dark hair in short ponytail, thin moustache, thin build.  He was last seen a light coloured silver/grey jacket, grey hoodie, dark blue jeans, green Saskatchewan Rough Riders baseball cap and beige runners.


   

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for the wellbeing of ROSS and is asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
