Update: Missing Person Lorne BRADBURN has been safely located

MISSING PERSON - Lorne BRADBURN (13 YRS) - C16-210439
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 13 year old male: Lorne BRADBURN.
   
BRADBURN was last seen on October 8, at 9:30 am at Nakiska Place (Home Health Care Service) located 395 Stradbrook Avenue. BRADBURN is in Winnipeg from Norway House for medical treatment and has no contacts in the city. BRADBURN speaks very limited English with Cree being his primary language.
   
It is believed BRADBURN is in the downtown area, specifically Central Park or the Quest Inn located at 367 Ellice Avenue.
   
He is described as Native, 4'8", small build, short black hair and light skinned. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap (Chicago Black Hawks written on front), black hoodie, grey/blue baggy jeans and black runners with red trim.
