UPDATE:  MISSING PERSON – Curtis KESSLER – C16206172
The Winnipeg Police Service is continuing to request the public's assistance in locating a missing 27 year old male, Curtis KESSLER.  It was previously reported that KESSLER was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg on Thursday, September 29, 2016.  There is new information to support that KESSLER may now be in the East St. Paul or Selkirk area.  
   
KESSLER is described as a Caucasian male, 6'0" tall, 130 pounds, thin build and brush-cut brownish hair. KESSLER may now be wearing a blue shirt, grey sweatpants, black and white jacket with a Nike stripe on the sleeve and sandals.
   
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for KESSLER'S well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
