Sunday, December 4, 2016   UPDATE:  Missing Person – Bryan BALONG: C16-245515 As previously released; The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 31-year-old male; Bryan BALONG. BALONG was last seen during the evening of Tuesday, November 22, 2016, in the North End of Winnipeg.   On December 3, 2016 Bryan BALONG was located deceased after Winnipeg Police responded to a call in the West Kildonan neighbourhood of Winnipeg. At this time the investigation is continuing with an autopsy pending. No further information is available.
