Sunday, February 19, 2017         Weapon Arrest - C17-34304 On February 17, 2017 at approximately 1:30 p.m., two males were observed causing a disturbance at the rear of a mall located in the 300 block of Portage Avenue.     Members of the Downtown Watch observed the males and alerted Winnipeg Police in support of the downtown safety strategy, Centreline.     http://downtownwinnipegbiz.com/downtown-safety/     Division 11 members located the males and found them both to be in an intoxicated state.
