February 21, 2017     UPDATE: Missing Person: Manual Lima Aguilar– C17-35277 The Winnipeg Police Service had previously requested the public's assistance in locating 60-year-old Manual Lima Aguilar who was last seen on February 19th, 2017, in the 3500 block of Pembina Hwy.     Aguilar has since been safely located. We thank the public for their assistance.     As previously released: The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 60 year old, Manual Lima Aguilar.  Aguilarsuffers from periodic episodes of confusion and memory loss and was last seen today at 2 pm near the 3500 block of Pembina Hwy.     Aguilar is described as Latin American in appearance, 5'6", slim build, with a beard.  He was last seen wearing a grey sweater, a green shirt, blue pants, and black steel toed boots.
