Monday, April 10, 2017 Homicide Investigation - Arrests: C17-51335 Winnipeg Police Homicide Investigators have made two arrests in the shooting death of Shania Chanel CHARTRAND. Chartrand was killed on March 12, 2017, while she was in the 200 block of Spence Street.        Lacy SOROKOWSKI, 22 years, was arrested on April 7, 2017. She was charged with Second Degree Murder and Possess Controlled Substance for the Purpose Trafficking (Methamphetamine). Christopher Ryan St. PAUL, 24 years, was arrested on April 7, 2017. He was charged with Second Degree Murder. Both accused were detained in custody. This investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit.
