Male Shot: C17-139602
On June 25, 2017, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Winnipeg Police responded to a report of a male shot in the rear lane of the 500 block of Sherbrook Street.
   
The victim, a male in his thirties, appears to have been shot in the upper body while walking in the lane. He was transported to hospital in critical condition.
   
At this stage in the investigation the shooting does not appear to be random.
   
This investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
