Fire: C17-146432
On July 3, 2017 at approximately 10:50 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service was alerted to a working fire at the new construction area of the Grace Hospital. The fire was considered suspicious and later determined to be arson.
   
On July 4, 2017 at approximately 4:00 a.m. general patrol officers from the West District Station located a suspect in the area of Sturgeon Rd. and Ness Ave. An 11-year-old male was arrested and later released to his guardian.
   
The fire did not have impact on main hospital operations.
