Homicide – Arrest: C17-133703  
Thanks to the assistance of the public, Winnipeg Police have arrested Leon Edward PATCHINOSE.
   
Patchinose was located on July 6, 2017. He was arrested and charged with Manslaughter in the murder of William George Sumner.
   
Patchinose was detained in custody.
   
   
Arrest Warrant Issued in Homicide Investigation: C17-26739   
Note legal restrictions regarding youth
   
Canon Franklin BEARDY was murdered on February 6, 2017.
   
The Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit has obtained a court order authorizing the publication of the identity of a youth wanted in connection with this homicide.
   
A charge of Second Degree Murder has been authorized and a warrant issued for the arrest of Isaiah Adrian Dallas MOOSE.


   
 
   
   
NOTE: This court order ceases to have effect on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.  Media outlets are reminded not to publish images of this accused or name him after that time.
        
                                                                                                                     
   
Moose is described as:
 - Indigenous
 - 5'11" in height
 - 125 lbs.
