Friday, August 11, 2017    Motor Vehicle Collision Update: Arrest - C16-223671 On October 25, 2016 at approximately 10:30 p.m., a 63-year-old male was waiting inside a bus shelter in the area of Pembina Highway and Southpark Drive. The shelter was struck by a stolen vehicle, seriously injuring the male in the shelter.     The Winnipeg Police Stolen Auto Unit entered into an investigation and on August 10, 2017 arrested Billy Boy Young, 21-years-old of Winnipeg.
