Monday October 30, 2017   MISSING PERSON –  Kailyn PEDERSON  C17-245870  The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 21 year old female, Kailyn PEDERSON. PEDERSON was last seen in the west end area of Winnipeg at midnight on October 30, 2017. PEDERSON is described as Caucasian, 5'1", heavy build, with blonde hair and blue eyes.  PEDERSON is believed to be wearing a pair of brown Ugg boots.     The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about PEDERSON's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
