Stabbing – Investigation: C17-260103
 
As previously released yesterday:
 
On November 18, 2017, at approximately 4:00 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a report of a stabbing in the 900 block of Kimberly Avenue.
 
Upon arrival, an injured male was located and transported to hospital in critical condition where he remains.
 
The victim has since been upgraded to stable condition and has been identified as an 18-year-old male.
 
Investigators believe that the victim had been involved in an altercation with a number of suspects at the front of a residence when he was stabbed in the upper-body.
 
This investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
