Tuesday, July 17, 2018     Drugs - Arrests: C18-153477 On July 16, 2018, at approximately 8:10 p.m., District Three General Patrol members observed a vehicle bearing a stolen licence plate in the area of Redwood Avenue and Main Street. Officers stopped the vehicle and located an adult male driver and an adult female passenger. The vehicle was found to have been stolen on July 4, 2018, from East St. Paul, Manitoba and licence plate on it had been stolen on July 15, 2018, from a vehicle in Winnipeg. Both occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody.     A K-9 unit attended the scene and upon deployment the canine indicated that there were drugs within the vehicle.
