Wednesday, July 18, 2018 Child Sexual Abuse Imagery – Arrest – R18-14473 On April 19, 2018, the Winnipeg Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit entered into an investigation regarding child sexual abuse imagery being uploaded to an IP address in Winnipeg. On June 25, 2018, investigators executed a search warrant at an address in the Riverview area of Winnipeg.  An electronic device displaying child sexual abuse images was located and seized.
