The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank both members of the public and media for their assistance.

MISSING PERSON BESSIE JOHNSON C14-245607
 
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 94year old female, Bessie JOHNSON. She was last seen on November 16th in the Riverbend area of Winnipeg.    
 
JOHNSON is described as a black female with light skin, 4'10", 90-95 lbs, thin build with short grey hair. She was last seen wearing a long maroon fleece jacket, unknown colour shirt and pants, and Reebok runners.
 
Update:  Missing Person was last seen at 16:00 hours this date, walking eastbound over the Chief Peguis Bridge.  Please note Missing Person walks with the assistance of a walking cane.
                                               
Police are concerned for JOHNSON'S well-being. Anyone with
information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Person's Unit 986-6250.
