Monday, February 2, 2015   UPDATE:  Justine Sourkes-Sinclair has been safely located.  The Winnipeg Police Service would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance.   Friday, January 2, 2015     Missing Person – Justine Sourkes-Sinclair - R14-90475 The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 14-year-old female, Justine Sourkes-Sinclair. Justine was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg on December 12th, 2014.   Justine is described as: Aboriginal, 5'4" tall, 110 pounds with a thin build and long yellow dyed hair. She was last seen wearing a blue Winnipeg Jets jacket, a grey sweater, and black track pants.    Police are concerned for Justine's well-being.
