Robbery Investigation – C15-156604
On July 27, 2015, the Winnipeg Police Service received two reports of similar robberies that had occurred on separate transit buses.
 
In the first incident, members met with the victim who advised that at approximately 10:00 a.m. she had been sitting on a transit bus at Mountain Avenue and Arlington Street when two unknown males approached her from behind.  One of the males grabbed her phone and then both males fled.  She was not injured.
 
In the second, the victim advised that at approximately 11:30 a.m. she had been sitting on a transit bus at Inkster Avenue and Arlington Street when an unknown male grabbed the phone from her hand and fled.  She was not injured.
 
Attempts to identify the two males pictured below have been unsuccessful and investigators are seeking the public's assistance in identifying them.

Residential Robbery Investigation – C15-174621
On August 20, 2015, at approximately 5:30 p.m. members of the Winnipeg Police Service were dispatched to the 1st 100 block of Highbury Road for the report of a residential robbery that had just occurred.
 
Officers met with the victim who advised that she had been home with her grandchild when two unknown armed males, with their identities concealed, entered through an unlocked door.  The victim was pushed to the floor where she remained while the suspects ransacked the house.  The victim was not injured and the suspects fled with personal property.
 
Suspect #1 is described as: Black, 25-30 years, 5'5" tall with a muscular build and some facial hair.

Suspect #2 is described as: 6' tall
 
The investigation is continuing by members of the Major Crimes Unit. Anyone with information regarding this matter or the identity of the suspects is asked to contact investigators at (204) 986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
 
 
Wanted Male – Martin Louis PATRICK
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU), a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP, is requesting assistance from the Public in locating Martin Louis PATRICK, 32 years of age. Police are seeking to locate PATRICK, a designated High Risk Sex Offender,as he has an outstanding Canada Wide Warrant for failing to comply with Long Term Supervision Orders and he is currently unlawfully at large.

 


PATRICK is described as an Aboriginal male, 5'6" tall, 217 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
 
Anyone who comes in contact with PATRICK is asked not to approach him and to call 911 immediately.
