Saturday, August 22, 2015     Wanted Male Arrested - Martin Louis PATRICK – R15-62863 On August 21, 2015, the Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU), a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP, requested assistance from the Public in locating Martin Louis PATRICK, 32 years of age.
