Grow Operation Arrest – R15-10773
On December 7, 2015 at approximately 12:10 p.m., members of the Marihuana Grow Operation Unit with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team, Canine Unit and Patrol members executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant at a residence located in the 300 block of Boyd Avenue.
   
A search of the home revealed the following seized items:
   
338 Cannabis marihuana plants – estimated street value over $378,000.00
173 grams of harvested marihuana – value at $1730.00
Grow operation equipment valued at $12,750.00
   
As a result of the investigation, a 42-year-old male was arrested and is facing the following offences:
   
Produce a scheduled substance
Possession of scheduled substance
   
He was released on a promise to appear.
