MISSING PERSON – Tara MICHELL – R16-57544
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating the following 17-year-old female:Tara MICHELL. MICHELL was last seen in the Burrows-Keewatin area of Winnipeg on Thursday, September 15, 2016.

MICHELL is described as Aboriginal with light skin, 5'5" in height, approximately 140 pounds, medium build, with long purple-dyed hair and brown eyes.  MICHELL was last seen wearing black tights, black shirt and sandals.



Police are concerned for MICHELL's well-being. Anyone with information regarding MICHELL's whereabouts is asked to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
