MISSING PERSON – James TURNER : C17-90846
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 53 year old male, James TURNER.
 

TURNER was last seen in the Elmwood area of Winnipeg on the morning of May 1, 2017. 

TURNER is described as Caucasian, 5'8", thin build, with short black hair and brown eyes.  TURNER uses black wire-framed glasses and was believed to be wearing a black bomber style quilted jacket, blue jeans, brown runners, and a small grey and white back pack.
 

   
 
   
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about TURNER's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
